Hostel Warden Female job at Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital Rawalpindi
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience preferably in Healthcare setup.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation and management of the hostel facilities.
- Maintain proper records of hostel residents, including check-in and check-out details.
- Oversee hostel cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of infrastructure.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for repairs and improvements.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline.
- Monitor the movement of residents to ensure security and adherence to curfew timings.
- Handle disciplinary issues and escalate serious concerns to the management.
- Conduct surprise checks to prevent unauthorized activities.
- Submit periodic reports to the management regarding hostel activities, discipline issues, and maintenance needs.
